We can provide treatment estimates prior to scheduling and will process any insurance we can.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We are currently <strong>In-Network<\/strong> with <strong>Delta Dental (Premier and PPO\/EPO).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are <em>out-of-network<\/em> with all other insurance companies and are happy to submit claims to any insurance that we can!<\/p>\n<p>We also offer <a href=\"https:\/\/foothillendo.com\/index.php\/patients\/payment\/\">Cherry and CareCredit<\/a>\u00a0for patients who need payment options.<\/p>\n<p>Need more referral slips?
