The final fee for your endodontic treatment is based on treatment actually provided, which may differ from the estimate.<\/p>\n

We are always happy to provide an cost estimate based on the referral from your dentist. If you have dental insurance we will need that information to include it with the estimate.<\/p>\n

An estimate is based on the referral from your dentist – this is a best guess as to the treatment you will require.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you have any questions regarding your appointment, fees or estimates please call to prior<\/em><\/strong><\/u> to your appointment. We will provide you with an estimated out of pocket cost prior to or just after scheduling. We will collect the estimated out of pocket at your appointment (at time of service) and bill any balance due after your insurance processes, or if necessary provide a refund.<\/p>\n

We take most credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), checks, and cash as well as payment plans via Cherry and CareCredit. See our Cherry<\/a> or CareCredit<\/a> pages for more information regarding payment plans available.<\/p>\n

Treatment \/ Fee Estimates<\/strong><\/h2>\n

All appointments start with a Consultation which is an Exam and CBCT (3D scan) and x-rays for the area(s) in question. We usually cannot accept CBCT files from another office, even if you just had it done. The complete file cannot be emailed to us for manipulation due to the file size. We cannot always read the file due to software differences.\u00a0 Note the CBCT (3D scan, limited view) and x-rays we take are endodontic specific (different angles) and focused on the area of concern – they do not cover your full mouth.\u00a0 This is different than a Panorex (or Pan) x-ray which is a 2 dimensional view of your whole mouth.<\/p>\n

If you are referred for multiple teeth \/ areas you may require additional CBCT’s that will be an additional cost and require additional exam time. Unless teeth are next to each other we treat each as a stand alone appointment requiring the same service \/ treatment consideration.<\/p>\n

Endodontic treatment fees<\/span> range from $1,200 to $2,200 or more<\/em> per tooth<\/strong> depending tooth and treatment required. This is in addition to the Consultation (Exam & CBCT fees). Things like medication, Post Space, Core Build-up and N2O are additional charges. Endodontic treatment costs vary based on tooth number (if it is an anterior, bicuspid or molar).<\/p>\n

It is always a good idea to give us a call for a quote specific to your referral for treatment.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

We cannot provide treatment without a consultation in our office. We realize your dentist has diagnosed you but we need to confirm that diagnoses and determine a treatment plan for your best outcome. For example sometimes we find an undiagnosed fracture and we cannot provide treatment.
